Prepare Your Meat
Most people get this wrong, but let BBQ Chief provide you with some useful information to encourage your cooking ability! When you cook Beef on the bbq or pan for that matter, never take your cut of meat straight from the refrigerator and wack down on the grill or pan. The fibres in the meat will not be relaxed and your expensive cut of meat will end up tough as leather. Remove your cut of meat 1hr to 2hrs before your going to cook, and when you do cook the cut, sprinkle with salt and did we say salt! lather it with salt and olive oil. Now place on the bbq and enjoy.
