Here's a guide to cooking your cut of prized beef like a right Chief. Times will Greatly vary based on the temperature of your bbq grill, hot plate or pan.

Make sure your grill or plate is lightly smoking before putting on bbq. Don't put on a cold bbq, this will take longer than below times. Don't forget to season your beef with salt and pepper. You don't need fancy rubs, they help, but salt and pepper will deliver quality and results just like a famous steakhouse or fancy restaurant. Well Done
5-6 minutes per side, rest for 6 minutes

Medium Well
3 1/2 minutes each side, rest for 5 minutes

Medium
3 minutes each side, rest for 4 minutes

Medium Rare
2 1/2 minutes each side, rest for 4 minutes

Rare / Blue
2 minutes each side, rest for 2 minutes
